Role Description
Marketing is responsible for developing internal and external communications to support business strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Marketing translates technical & product positioning into key market messaging that supports the brand and is compliant with regulatory requirements.
Work includes:
- Coordinating client contact points to ensure consistent messaging to clients
- Defining targeted client segments and associated messaging
- Managing marketing infrastructure and content creation
- Creating or coordinating the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials
- Identifying and executing key launch strategies and marketing plans ensuring messaging is consistent with brand marketing
- Monitoring and reporting of marketing performance against defined metrics

Your key responsibilities
- Support US Production Marketing team’s strategic book of work, with a focus on client marketing materials for the US Insurance Coverage segment. This includes client presentations and general marketing to this specific client set.
- Support business stakeholders and ensure alignment with local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements
- This role will require flexibility to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Your skills and experience
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales support, and/or administrative services within a financial services environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and improving the client experience, with a proven track record of supporting strategic priorities and delivering results.
- Ability to navigate areas that may not be clearly defined and work independently to address and take a hands-on approach to ensure that projects stay on track.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to managing multiple tasks in the course of a given day.
- Strong communication skills are a must as well as ability to work well in teams across the globe.
- Collaborative, passionate, detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt to changing needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactively looking for ways to identify actionable insights and improve existing processes to drive efficiencies; and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change
- Effective communicator and responds well to constructive feedback
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields;
- Familiarity with Bloomberg workstation a plus.
