The Opportunity

Our social team has been testing, experimenting, and exploring a new creative approach to social, and we want your help to take that work further in India. We’re looking for an expert social media marketer with an eye for compelling culturalisedcontent and a love for Adobe’s brand to bring that perspective to life across our owned and creator channels.



As the India Social Media Specialist for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud, you’ll play a key role in defining a unique and recognizable voice for Adobeon social channels and via influencers in India. You’ll broaden Adobe’s consumer audience, authentically engage creators, and bring a creative spark to social scrollers’ feeds. In addition to driving day-to-day social programs, youll work closely with APAC and globalsocial teams, APAC Integrated Marketing team, Product Marketing teams and a multitude of partner agencies as you drive strategy and oversee content calendars, paid programs, and influencer partnerships.




What You’ll Do



  • Social / community strategy and programs: Pioneer and evolve our social strategy, influencer programs, paid media recommendations and marketing campaigns for building an engaged online community and awareness with active social channels: curating UGC, publishing and managing day to day engagement on social media and proactive and reactive communications.



  • Creative and content management: coordinate and maintain relationships with agency partners & in-house teams to brief, manage, and / or create original content for distribution. Oversee and manage editorial calendar, understand content production pipeline, and be brand evangelist to help improve and communicate utilization of content.



  • Analysis and optimization:analyse and report on the performance of owned social channels and community programs to measure the effectiveness of our efforts, with an emphasis on continuous optimization an iteration.



  • Voice of User: champion the voice of the community with internal stakeholders, working directly with the Product Marketing Manager and Product teams to share insights and recommendations.



  • Trend Spotter: Expert understanding of how brands should participate in social media in an authentic way. Understands pop culture, trends, and the general zeitgeist for the community; social and meme culture and how to credibly and sensitively work within it while stewarding the brand.



What you need to succeed



  • 8+ years working in social media with a consistent track record of leading local social content strategy and creating social-first activity for brands or organisations in partnership with marketing functions including but not limited to Product, measurement and web teams.



  • Deep knowledge of social content types, formats, and lengths, and what works best across platforms; a robust knowledge of (or curiosity for) what’s trending right now in culture and technology across India.




  • Quick wit and a strong voice in writing and creative concepting



  • Experience working with cross-functional team members and agencies to strategize, brief, review, and implement content.



  • Experience collaborating with a wide variety of creators and influencers on brand campaigns and programs; measuring their effectiveness and optimising accordingly.
