Marketing Specialist II

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage SEM and display campaigns in collaboration with data science and marketing teams.
- Lead audience activation for SEM PLA & Text.
- Implement SEM activities and continuously assess their performance to find opportunities for optimization.
- Track critical metrics and budgets using established dashboards and pacing files.
- Conduct budget forecasting and allocation for SEM and programmatic display based on market changes.
- Build personalized dashboards for each channel to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven suggestions.
- Leverage automation and scalable solutions to improve the performance of SEM and display campaigns.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
- Participate in off-hours meetings with US-based team members.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Science, Biotech, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Advanced experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Proven experience in budget forecasting for digital marketing channels.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Solid understanding of paid search (SEM) and respective channel systems.
- Familiarity with programmatic display and respective channel tools.
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., WorkFront, Jira) is a plus.
