As a Marketing Specialist, India SAARC, you will manage local initiatives for India SAARC including Channel and Partner marketing, events, digital marketing, and coordinating training programs.The ideal candidate has a dynamic personality and proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside the organization. You will manage expectations, provide solutions, and balance collaboration with tactful assertiveness. Working closely with the India SAARC team, you will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation programs, and strategic initiatives targeting channel partners and end users to meet sales and marketing goals.You will report to the Marketing Manager, South Asia Pacific (SAP), and will support regional projects and tasks as needed.This position is based in Bangalore, India and requires 20% travel across the India SAARC region, South Asia Pacific, and international locations for meetings, events, and training sessions.What you'll do here?  In addition to executing the strategy, you will manage:PARTNER MARKETING: Channel and DistributorsWork with our channel partner organization to develop a program for go-to-market through distributors and partnersEnsure a balance between co-marketing activities with partners and end customersTailor partner communications strategy to the region through newsletters, onboarding content and local website contentDEMAND GENERATIONWork with the Marketing Manager, SAP and APAC Marketing team to roll out relevant segment-specific campaigns in your regionProvide regional feedback and insights to APAC Marketing team for campaign planningMeasure lead generation and conversion in key segmentsEVENTS (ONLINE & OFFLINE) Ensure Axis brand experience and solution messaging is represented at key industry events and Axis' own organic events such as customer conferences.Plan the annual calendar of internal, channel, and partner eventsAXIS EXPERIENCE CENTRE (AEC)Rollout and manage the AEC marketing programLeverage AEC as a brand experience touchpoint to generate and influence leads from distributors, partners, technology integration partners, end customers, and press.Evaluate AEC utilization and recommend experience enhancements.AXIS COMMUNICATIONS’ ACADEMYManage Academy & Learning Modules for India SAARC countries, both classroom and virtual.Market the course curriculum and position the Axis Academy as an aspirational learning platformCollaborate with regional trainers to monitor training material effectiveness.Contribute insights for course roadmap developmentWe'd love to hear that you have: Degree in marketing or related fieldAt least 10 years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua)Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of regional languages is a plusMulti-faceted experience across marketing disciplines preferredUnderstanding of common technology subjects preferredExcellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple marketing prioritiesStrong project leadership skills—persuasive and able to influence team membersFlexible team player who builds rapport and adapts to changeSelf-motivated professional who thrives in an open, transparent work cultureOpen-minded with eagerness to learnType of EmploymentPermanent EmploymentPosting End Date2025-03-25Certain roles at Axis require background checks, which means applicable verifications will be done in these recruitments.
