We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Shared Services Team Lead to oversee and manage a team responsible for delivering shared marketing services across multiple business units. This leadership role involves driving efficiency, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, and optimizing processes to support the marketing function across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, combined with a deep understanding of marketing operations.
You have a strong know-how of B2B and digital marketing, as well as of communications principles and technique, and a proven track record of success in executing marketing communications campaigns and programs effectively and efficiently. You will drive the full end to end marketing campaigns that combine all marketing capabilities from segmentation, audience profiling, campaign development, optimization and performance marketing – combined with communications programmes for both internal and external audiences.
The successful candidate will participate in collaborative work with leadership teams by setting marketing strategy and execution, supporting sales growth strategies and execution.
