We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our A-team (hybrid*) who will be responsible for supporting HubSpot operations, marketing performance analytics, and monitoring the Pharma/Biotech market. This full-time, office-based position is part of a high-performing global marketing team.
In this role your key tasks will include:
- Provide operational support in HubSpot, including tasks such as cleaning and segmentation of contact data from offline marketing events, setting up email campaigns, analyzing email performance metrics, designing landing pages, and creating banners, etc.
- Assist in generating periodic marketing operations reports, offering insights and recommendations based on marketing metrics from HubSpot, social media metrics from LinkedIn, and website analytics from GA4.
- Monitor funding in the pharma/biotech market, and track CRO competitor news to prepare monthly insights and trend reports.
- Support market research projects by gathering data from secondary sources and company websites.
- Identify industry news and insights for the monthly newsletter and create the newsletter using Publicate.
- Identify and evaluate AI tools to integrate into marketing operations, aiming to enhance efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- Develop operational documents detailing marketing processes and strategies.
