Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented and proactive. Someone who asks the right questions without needing to be prompted, who takes ownership of challenges, and actively works to solve them. This role requires someone who can analyze campaign performance over time and continuously suggest improvements to drive better results.

• Prospecting or qualifying leads – Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers.
• Develop and drive GTM strategies for the service offerings.
• Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as webinars. Frequent two-way interaction with industry marketing - collaborating on market direction and developing specific messaging/programs for vertical and sub-market segments - to deliver on MQL.
• Manage LinkedIn campaigns to ensure smooth execution and optimize outreach.
• Send out bulk marketing emails and SMS campaigns to prospects.
• Research prospects' backgrounds to draft personalized responses for those who show interest.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure prospects are effectively nurtured till handoff to Sales.
• Managed and maintained data integrity in CRM to track prospects and keep records updated.

It is a 100% Remote opportunity with an overlap of 7pm IST to 12 am IST.
