Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing initiatives, ensuring our products and solutions are effectively positioned in the market. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and strategic thinking, excelling at both digital and traditional marketing strategies to grow brand visibility and engagement across our key areas: GRC, Technology, Procurement, Healthcare Provider, and Oracle solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Atlas Systems’ business goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and pursue new growth opportunities in target industries.
  2. Brand Development and Positioning
    • Strengthen Atlas Systems’ brand identity by positioning our services as leading solutions in GRC, Technology, Procurement, Healthcare Provider, and Oracle.
    • Manage brand messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the company’s mission and values.
  3. Content Creation and Management
    • Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and social media posts.
    • Ensure content is tailored to key industry verticals and resonates with target audiences.
  4. Digital Marketing and Campaign Management
    • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
    • Analyze campaign performance, optimize digital strategies, and report on key metrics to demonstrate ROI.
  5. Event Marketing and Industry Engagement
    • Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors to amplify our reach and influence in key markets.
  6. Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization
    • Drive lead generation initiatives and manage the lead funnel to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
    • Work closely with sales to develop campaigns that target specific client needs and improve conversion rates.
  7. Team Leadership and Development
    • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance excellence.
    • Set team objectives, monitor progress, and support career growth through training and development initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
  • Familiarity with the GRC, Technology, Procurement, Healthcare, or Oracle sectors is a plus.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
