As a Marketing Manager - Oncology, you will be at the forefront of creating actionable strategies & driving impact-based marketing campaigns. Your expertise in marketing will empower you to craft seamless customer journeys, ensuring our brand achieves its goals & delivers outstanding results. Your opportunity


In this role, you will:


  • Co-create and implement marketing plans for One Roche Oncology portfolio (Immunology, Molecular and Tissue diagnostics)


  • Drive the Pathology work area priorities as we continue to advance the Oncology ecosystem in India in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders 


  • Drive, Manage and Evaluate marketing campaigns and monitor impact on focus parameters in oncology, primary and medical value antibodies and priority instrument sales


  • Lead new product launches and strengthen our current portfolio and develop KOL advocates (including Gastros, Hepatologists, histopathologists) to drive impact of focus parameters amongst key stakeholders


  • Develop crisp and impactful marketing collaterals for stakeholders - labs, clinicians, internal sales and RPS teams in collaboration with MSA, RA and Comms


  • Initiate and monitor digital outreach campaigns to clinicians and labs via partnerships with external digital platforms


  • Lead DA relevant conferences, seminars and exhibitions to strengthen partnerships and represent affiliate in best practice sharing at APAC and global forums


  • Be responsible for working closely with Logistics, RA, MSA, RPS, Supply Chain, Finance as well as the external partners for creating marketing materials, inventory management, product registration, product related notifications, pricing and other audit requirements                                 


  • Drive periodic competitor combat campaigns with ready reckoner for sales and RPS


  • Conduct Marketing/Scientific training programs for internal and external stakeholders followed by evaluation and monitoring and collaborate with sales & clinical value sales colleagues to retain and grow top customers and convert new opportunities


Who You Are:


  • A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize and deliver, you can drive change and adoption of new concepts


  • Degree or equivalent in marketing, engineering, scientific or related field with 4-5 years experience in Oncology


  • Proven track record in leading omni-channel marketing campaigns and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to the highest decision making level leading to successful business outcomes


  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are able to communicate with maximum impact


  • Resilient, tenacious, you strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical and scientific information


  • This position offers exposure to wider Roche organization at all levels and therefore you must have the qualities to make a positive, professional impact in a matrix environment and win the hearts and minds internally
