Role: Marketing Manager - Offline Marketing
Experience: 5 to 10 Years ( He/she can be from FMCG, pharma, footwear, fashion (Kids and women), salons, cosmetics, and other retail brands )
- Experience in BTL marketing like tie-up, running campaigns, and local branding.
- Experience in CRM (loyalty), customer experience, customer life cycles, and customer relationships.
- Footfall, customer repeat, marketing ROI, and sales KPI drive.
- Brand recall, brand visibility, and brand loyalty.
- Visual merchandise, Category drive, and new product development.
- Marketing budget planning, execution, and ROI of the same.
