Job Description:-
Brand Management:-
- Interpreting management direction into actionable marketing plan.
- Managing direct marketing campaigns for all product segments and the respective lead & ROI management
- Brand guideline control and process flow
Budget Management:-
- Planning yearly and quarterly budgets and it's deployment amongst major marketing heads along with clear timelines.
- Working closely with APAC regional office marcom department to align key marketing campaigns and resource allocation.
- Ensuring timely claim management in co-ordination with finance for vendor payments etc. as per company processes.
Digital Marketing:-
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
- Develop and manage effective execution of social media strategy (FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube).
- Manage content for website and social networking accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube as well as the email marketing compaigns.
- Ensure the organization’s website(s) is well managed.
- Ensure efficient performance on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s).
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
- Review and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports to management for process improvement.
- Conductregular reviews with the digital agency.
eCommerce Marketing (Amazon, Flipkart etc):-
- Optimal marketing on eCommerce sites with a major focus on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
- Ensure product page information is complete - pics/videos/product details etc. in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely development of quality creatives for all the platforms.
- Internationalsites & competition mapping on eCommerce Sites.
- Ensuring achievement of target marketshare on the respective platforms by product line.
Offline Marketing:-
- Managing focus products marketing programs launched by APAC marcom team on quarterly basis.
- Oversee development & deployment of eDMs, Whatsapp eDMs, PDF datasheets.
- Work with APAC team for key product campaigns.
- Creation/identification for product videosfor key/hero models.
- Preparation and circulation of sales presentation for key models along with PMs.
- Oversee development and deployment of quality POSM for all product lines with 100% adherence to brand guidelines.
- Managing in-house customer database generated thru various touch points (End customers,service team data, trade show data, website & campaign end customer data base).
- Managing externally acquired customer databases and ensuring effective & periodic communication with them.
- Key B2C community management (Pro gamers, Architects, Graphic designer, Pro photographers etc)
- Ensure timely and quality creation, production and distribution of POSM for all B2C products.
- Ensure timely and quality execution of retail branding and signages placement.
- Creation of retail demo zones atselect retail counters across India.
- Ensure efficient and effective management of product reviews across key media.
- Ensure quality visibility in channel/trade magazines for brand both through paid advertisement and PR.
Key Influencer Marketing:-
- Identifying key influencersin each focus productsegment and draw a detailed marketing strategy to engage them as per company directive.

- Continuous engagement with key influencer in order to ensure optimized results through viral marketing.
- Share a quarterly plan for action and deliverables againstset targets.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes.
- Develop content ideas and write and curate content.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors,target audience and users.
- Brainstorm new, creative approachesto influencer campaigns.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers.
- Liaising with the APAC marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
Store (Estore) marketing:-
- Managing overall marketing efforts for online store (to be launched in Q2 2023).
Events, Exhibitions& Activations:-
- Quarter plan for tradeshows, exhibitions and events for each of the product lines.
- Ensuring quality design, execution & participation during events.
- Collaborate with the product team for planning of activations and road shows.
- Execution of road shows at the local leve.
Advertising& Promotions:-
- Cost effective ATL marketing & brand management.
- ROI efficient media buying.
- End consumer promotions management.
Public Relations:-
- Regular reviews with PR agency.
- Manage all PR Activities related to review/Media/Coverage/Print Media/Social Media/Conference etc.
- Design and manage a quality rich PR calendar for leadership interaction with key media with desired outcome.
Vendor Management:-
- Effective vendor management for Creatives, Printing, retail branding etc (Proper selection, negotiations and execution with Vendor panel for each segment).
- Control the quality of output of each vendor on a regular basis.
Team Management:-
- Regular reviews of Marcom team to ensure quality and timely execution of tasks assigned.
- Weekly review meeting with the product team as well as management.
- Allocating key deliverables to individual team members and ensuring high performance level.
Marketing in Overseas territory:-
- Managing overall marketing support for overseas markets being handled fromIndia namely, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Maldives.
APAC Co-ordination:-
- APAC co-ordination for Brand Guidelines, Website Management, Social Media Management, SEO & eComm marketing, key products campaigns, New product Reviews, regular updates and monthly reports and review.
