Job Description

Job Overview:

The Marketing Operations Executive will be responsible for building and managing marketing databases, coordinating with multiple teams to execute marketing activities, and ensuring data-driven marketing initiatives. The role requires expertise in automation tools, marketing technologies, digital marketing strategies, and market research to support lead acquisition and brand growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain marketing databases, ensuring accurate data flow.
  • Manage Accounts/Contacts databases related to email marketing, lead generation, and response tracking.
  • Oversee marketing tech platforms to track data across various channels.
  • Ideate, plan, execute, and monitor marketing database-building projects.
  • Act as a single point of contact to coordinate marketing and communication activities with branch offices.
  • Ensure alignment with the marketing plan from requirement gathering to project completion.
  • Utilize automation tools to enhance sales and marketing synchronization.
  • Implement and optimize marketing technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Work on multiple tools to consolidate reports and create dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies, including SEO, SMO, and content marketing.
  • Identify and leverage the best channels for lead acquisition.
  • Research and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hoovers, Discover Org, Inside View, Statista, and other platforms for sourcing accounts/contacts information.
  • Analyze visitor data patterns, develop strategies, and execute campaigns to drive results.
  • Conduct On-demand Secondary Market Research to assess brand awareness, promotional effectiveness, and competitor insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations in any industry.
  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute (No correspondence/online/weekend courses).
  • Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret marketing insights.
  • Expertise in SEO, SMO, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in gathering insights from various data sources and creating actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to tackle marketing challenges efficiently.
