Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
● Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution across all channels (digital, traditional, and experiential) to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
● Brand Management: Build and strengthen the Pee Safe brand, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and tone across all touchpoints.
● Campaign Development & Execution: Develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience, leveraging both online and offline channels. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to delivery.
● Digital Marketing: Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations to drive online traffic and conversions.
● Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
● Performance Metrics & ROI: Define, track, and analyze key marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, optimize strategies, and ensure maximum ROI.
● Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning, awareness, and adoption.
● Collaborative Execution: Work closely with other departments (sales, product, design,and operations) to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and drive business growth.
● Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and negotiate key partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships that enhance brand reach and customer engagement.


Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, ideally in the FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C sectors, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing teams and campaigns.
● Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth.
● Digital Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics.
● Brand & Product Marketing: Experience in brand management, product positioning, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
● Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
● Creative & Analytical Mindset: A blend of creativity and analytical skills to develop data-driven insights and optimize marketing performance.
● Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
● Entrepreneurial Spirit: A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving, with a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
