Description and Requirements
Marketing Governance Specialist
As a Marketing Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the marketing budget-to-payment process through a proactive and reactive risk management approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the Marketing Governance framework, policy adherence, and risk mitigation.
Exp range - 6 to 10 Yrs.
Key Responsibilities
· Governance & Compliance:
o Ensure adherence to the marketing budget-to-payment process, identifying and mitigating financial risks.
o Monitor compliance with Marketing Governance framework & procurement guidelines through regular review.
o Support audits and risk assessments related to marketing spend.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training:
o Work with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams to enhance the Marketing Governance framework.
o Provide guidance and training to marketing teams on compliance processes and risk management best practices.
· Process Improvement & Reporting:
o Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency and risk control.
o Support Reporting through accurate review process
o Maintain accurate records and documentation for governance-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple process & documentation.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
· Problem-solving skills to assess risks and improve governance processes.
· Good communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams effectively.
· Proficiency in Excel, and reporting dashboards is a plus.
· Familiarity with procurement processes, financial compliance, or marketing operations is a bonus.
