Job Description

Marketing Executive needed in a Financial Institution in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Immediate Joining. 

Seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring projects run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple tasks while contributing to the overall success of marketing campaigns. This is a critical role that ensures operational efficiency and helps the team achieve its ambitious goals. 

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding and Management:

Identify and onboard vendors, including creative agencies, printers, freelancers and other marketing service providers.


Negotiate contracts, track deliverables, and ensure timely payments.


Act as the point of contact for vendor communications, resolving issues as they arise.


Project Management:

Coordinate and manage marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality.


Maintain project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.


Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, video) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.


Marketing Administration:

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing calendars and updating campaign trackers.


Prepare reports and presentations for campaign performance and team updates.


Support budget tracking and expense management for marketing activities.


Campaign Support:

Assist in the execution of campaigns across channels, including email, social media, and paid media.


Coordinate asset creation with the creative team and ensure alignment with campaign goals.


Monitor campaign performance and share key insights with the Marketing Manager.


Event Coordination:

Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and partnerships.


Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or administrative roles.


Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.


Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.


Basic understanding of marketing channels (social media, email, paid media).


Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendors and coordinate with internal teams.
