Job Title: Marketing Executive
Reports To: General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Sales & Marketing Business Director, Marketing Manager

With a strong presence in the market, it focuses on product development, customer engagement, and strategic marketing to drive growth and enhance patient care.
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
Conduct sales and product training for distributors.
Perform market surveys, product evaluations, and gather competitor insights and customer feedback for product improvement.
Manage product complaints effectively.
Organize workshops, product presentations, trade exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Conduct sales analysis to understand market trends.
Prepare sales and inventory forecasts.
Manage quotations and tender document preparations.
Oversee consignment stock management.
Regularly visit hospitals and doctors for direct promotion of medical products.
Handle digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Support the Marketing Manager in various tasks.
Identify and report business opportunities in the target market.
Collaborate with the sales team for product launches and promotional programs.
Maintain clear records and ensure proper management of samples, marketing materials, and promotional funds.
Work closely with the Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance and qualification of new products.
Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing or sales experience with a proven track record in the medical industry.
Self-motivated, independent, and analytical, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
