Job Title: Marketing ExecutiveExperience: 0 to 2 YearsSalary: ₹15,000 per MonthLocation: TrichyAdditional Benefits: Petrol Allowance providedMain Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and products effectively.Identify and generate leads through various marketing activities, including field visits and client meetings.Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Manage promotional campaigns, including social media and offline activities, to increase brand visibility.Conduct market research to analyze competition and understand market trends for better planning.Prepare and present marketing reports to management, showcasing performance metrics and feedback.Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients and provide post-sale support as required.Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional events as needed.Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including maintaining records and tracking expenses.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant marketing experience.Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting purposes.Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools is an added advantage.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a target-driven approach.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Familiarity with the Trichy region is preferred for ease of field marketing activities.
