Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to join our dynamic team at Novotel Mumbai International Airport  As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.


  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms
  • Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners
  • Develop and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Experience with social media management and content creation across various platforms
  • Understanding of distribution systems (CRS, PMS) and their role in marketing strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditions
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for staying current with marketing and communications trends
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
