Job Title:Marketing Communications Coordinator
Summary:The Marketing Communications Coordinator must be organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of functions including marketing, communications, branding, digital marketing and/or social media. Day to day activities may include trade show and webinar project management and reporting, reviewing, and editing marketing communications content, building relationships with internal business and functional team members and working with third party vendors.
Responsibilities Include:Trade show support
- Support global business segment trade show activities including project management, order show services, prepare and track budgets, pre & post show preparations and follow-up.
- Ensure trade show materials and efforts align with company and segment goals and meet brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing Business Partner and Marketing Automation Manager to setup lead tracking and follow-up campaigns.
- Identify and recommend trade show process and program improvement.
Webinar support
- Support global webinar activities including project management, event setup and promotion, presentation review, moderation/hosting, pre & post event preparations, etc.
- Ensure webinar materials and efforts align with company and segment goals and meet brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation Manager to setup promotional and lead tracking campaigns.
- Identify and recommend webinar process and program improvement.
Communications & Brand support
- Support Corp communication and digital brand efforts
- Establish and maintain library of brand and communication materials, including the documentation and tracking of stock photography licenses, internal images and releases, logos, presentations, etc.
- Document team processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency where possible.
- Develop and maintain team dashboards and reports.
Qualifications:The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields
- 4+ years of marketing experience in a coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and resourceful
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for effective communication in this role
