Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPScript is very essential
Experience working with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, including Mobile Connect and Personalization Builder for Emails
Develop responsive email templates with extensive knowledge of AMPscript
Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS)
Above average knowledge in SQL and robust understanding of Marketing Clouds contact data model
Create and manage email campaigns using Campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing automation solutions.
Conduct regular software testing and debugging to maintain the quality and functionality of our marketing automation platforms.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams on the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies.
Develop emails to account for multi device and light dark mode compatibility.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Certification in Salesforce Marketing Developer, Email specialist is a must
SFMC (Social Studio, Interaction studio, Advertising studio, Mobile Studio, Salesforce DMP)
Strong understanding of HTML and other relevant technologies.
Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools.
