We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. Pall Medical is an innovative Healthcare provider for Medical Filtration solutions. Our team of experts can support with unique and cost-effective solutions within a variety of Medical Healthcare industries: Infusion Therapy, OEM Media & Membrane, Water Filtration, Mechanical Ventilation and Cell Therapy.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing strategies from the healthcare and medical sectors to promote our products and services. You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation tools and field marketing to drive engagement and conversion. This position involves conducting market research, managing campaigns, and collaborating with healthcare professionals and cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and stimulate sales growth. The ideal candidate will utilize their understanding of medical terminology and market dynamics to create effective campaigns that resonate with both healthcare providers and patients.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the healthcare industry, focusing on key accounts and decision-making processes.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in lead generation. This includes developing account-based marketing initiatives targeting high-value accounts to drive engagement and sales. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess effectiveness and provide insights for future improvements. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders about campaign performance and account progress.
  • Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Create engaging and informative content tailored to healthcare professionals and patients, including brochures, digital content, and educational materials. Collaborate with the content team to develop personalized messaging for specific accounts. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., 6Sense, Terminus, HubSpot, Marketo) to design, implement, and optimize campaigns across various channels. Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns focused on lead generation and SEO optimization to enhance website visibility and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and industry influencers to drive brand advocacy. Foster strong connections with internal teams, including sales, product management, and content, to ensure cohesive account strategies.
  • Field Marketing: Plan and execute field marketing initiatives, such as events, trade shows, and customer meetings, to enhance brand presence and engagement. Gather feedback from field activities and integrate insights into marketing strategies.

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as 6Sense, Terminus, Marketo, Kapost, Smart Sheet or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • Medical Marketing
  • Account Based Marketing
  • Using AI based tools for customer engagement.
