Job Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Global Marketing team. The position will be in our Mumbai office. The prospective candidate will join our Global Website team and contribute to updating content and rolling out new features on the firm’s corporate websites (around 20 websites in English and other languages).
The individual will have to work with the Digital Marketing Manager and other members of the Marketing team to manage corporate websites using the firm’s content management system and various digital marketing programs to ensure seamless internal operations. The role will report into the Manager (SEO/SEM), based in Toronto and work timings will be 2:30pm-11pm IST.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business unit marketers on website projects to promote services, thought leadership, reports, publications, etc. on the corporate websites
- Drive data-driven conversations with business unit marketers to help them achieve their marketing and digital goals. Focus on key metrics like website traffic, lead generation and core web vitals
- Become an expert in Sitecore, content management system used by Kroll. Build new pages on the website in Sitecore (CMS) using existing website templates, web guidelines and user experience best practices
- Work with the development team to explore new modules and templates to enhance website user experience.
- Support implementation of new website features and capabilities
- Optimize webpages as per UX and SEO best practices
- Contribute to reporting and analytics of key projects
- Leverage on-the-job and external training to become an expert in Sitecore, website best practices and website analytics
Requirements:
- B.S./MBA in marketing with concentration in business or finance
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and website management
- 1+ years of experience working on website content management systems, preferably Sitecore
- Strong understanding of user experience, SEO and Google Analytics
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Strong written/oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Ability to excel with little day-to-day oversight and under strict deadlines
- Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
