Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ethoxylates products across multiple industries (e.g., surfactants, detergents, agrochemicals, personal care, etc.).
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Drive brand awareness and increase market share of ethoxylates products in existing and new markets.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities for ethoxylates.
  • Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for ethoxylates products.
  • Drive sales growth by directly engaging with customers, distributors, and partners to promote ethoxylates products and close sales deals.
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Create and implement effective communication strategies to engage key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry influencers.
  • Work closely with the sales team, develop sales enablement tools, presentations, and other materials to support the sales team in driving product adoption and sales growth.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to generate leads and support revenue growth.
  • Build and manage the brand identity of ethoxylates within the industry, ensuring a strong, consistent presence across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the R&D and Technical teams to understand the unique features and benefits of new products and effectively communicate them to the market.

  • We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager with a strong background in the specialty chemicals industry, specifically in ethoxylates.
  • Strong understanding of the ethoxylates market, key applications, and customer segments.
