Who we are looking for


We are looking for an analytics expert with strong background of data analysis, analytics tools, insights generation and a solution oriented approach to drive marketing measurement and actionable insights, to join our Analytics and Research team within the Global Marketing function.


In this role, you will work as an Individual contributor, to drive the marketing analytics agenda using tactical and strategic solutions. The focus of this role is to help standardize measurement analytics as a practice, provide actionable data and insights that enable decision making for our senior executives, campaign and business managers. You will work closely with an energetic team of analytics and research professionals and will also collaborate with other marketing functions to drive data management and analytics.

In your role, you will help us execute day to day deliverables in an effective way, while also building long term plans and strategic solutions to enhance marketing analytics capabilities for the future.  



What you will be responsible for


In this role, you will:


  • Be a key member of the Marketing Analytics and Research team and contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle from project conceptualization, scoping, data collection, data preparation, analysis and presentation of insights & recommendations
  • Independently manage routine deliverables and work with team leads to develop project approach based on the business objectives
  • Collect data from various sources (internal / external tools, flat files - following up with campaigns and project managers, internal client specific data), leverage qualitative & quantitative skills to interpret data and present insights
  • Establish governance framework including standards for outcome oriented metrics, definitions, benchmarks, data management, reporting and visualization standards. Act with a consultative mindset to drive quality analytics that connect marketing’s effectiveness with driving tangible / commercial outcomes     
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including business managers, campaign managers, digital services, and content management team, apply sound analytical methodology and approach to develop solutions
  • Contribute / drive a variety of marketing analytics projects including
    • Marketing Performance Dashboard using outcome focused metrics for executive reviews
    • Campaign and channel level dashboards that inform campaign, content, and channel optimization objectives
    • Lead data management, analysis and reporting that align with campaign level objectives 
    • Strategic initiatives around building future roadmap, supporting business case for technology investment to further enhance the level of analytics
  • Leverage data tools and techniques to collect, analyze and visualize data (including but not limited to tools such as Adobe Analytics, 6sense, Marketo, Sprinklr, Tableau/Power BI, SEMrush etc.)
  • Knowledge about digital marketing concepts (SEO Marketing, Marketing Automation) are added advantages


What we value

  • Ability to connect the dots by triangulating data from various sources (engagement metrics, salesforce, other internal client data) to generate comprehensive insights about campaign level and marketing level measurement insights
  • Comfortable with working on manual data / flat files, as well as working knowledge of one or more of marketing analytics tools (Adobe, 6sense, Marketo, Sprinklr etc.) is required
  • Experience with marketing attribution techniques, and related return on investment concepts (lead gen, cost per engagement, cost per lead) in a B2B environment
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Ability to communicate complex/ vague concepts in simple, digestible manner to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a rigorous analytical mindset
  • Problem solving through liasoning with multiple teams, managing stakeholder expectations, influencing outcomes and a relentless drive for process improvement
  • A background of working in financial services and/or B2B industry is strongly preferred
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently or within a group — and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Digital Marketing with a strong record of achievement
  • 7-9 years of relevant professional experience in the field of digital analytics, marketing performance data analytics
