ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES The Firmwide Marketing COO Office is looking for a Financial Operations Support Associate jointly reporting to the India Expense Management team and Firmwide Marketing Finance Officer. As a Financial Operations Support Analyst providing expense management support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient financial operations of our Marketing division. Primarily responsibilities include but are not limited to: Invoice Processing - Accurately review and process Marketing-related invoices, ensuring adherence to submission guidelines and procedures. Vendor Setup Requests - Partner with Marketing groups to collect necessary information for new vendor setup and ensure timely submission of requests. Expense Management Support - Assist with support-related inquiries, collaborate on adhoc projects and provide overall general support to the Marketing Finance team. Process Improvement - Continuously identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the expense management process.
