We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Intelligence Analyst with expertise in social listening and market intelligence tools, specifically Talkwalker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining monitoring agents across various topics, ensuring the continuous refinement of keyword strategies, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Monitoring Agent Setup & Maintenance: Develop and optimize monitoring agents on Talkwalker to track relevant industry trends, competitors, brand mentions, and emerging topics.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research, refine queries, and enhance monitoring accuracy by iterating on search parameters.
  • Data Collection & Tagging: Systematically classify and tag collected data to ensure accurate categorization and insightful reporting.
  • Insight Extraction & Reporting: Analyze data collected from Talkwalker, identify trends, and generate actionable intelligence reports for internal teams or clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate monitoring strategies to improve relevance, accuracy, and efficiency based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Work closely with marketing, research, and business intelligence teams to ensure insights are aligned with broader strategic goals.
  • Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry developments, consumer sentiment, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.

Concentrix is a great match if you:


  • 2+ years of experience in social listening, market intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Talkwalker or similar social listening and market intelligence tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr).
  • Expertise in keyword research, Boolean search queries, and data categorization.
  • Ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, consumer insights, or digital analytics.
  • Familiarity with industry trends in social media, market research, and data analytics.
  • Background in marketing, business intelligence, or related fields.
