Market Access Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role Objective: -
This role’s primary objective is to significantly improve access in Public / Government Institutions.
 

• Designing and detailing the Market Access Plan for Abbott key therapies area
• Work with stakeholders like commercial, Finance, Government Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Supply Chain in validating, creating detailed strategy and implementation plans targeting access improvement in public procurements.

Strategic and Operational: -

• Presents market access plans to field team and drive execution excellence.
• Understand market access plan framework and create access plans for key therapy area/ brands.
• Works with brand teams, and access teams to create or validate patient journey maps and understand or validate deep insights for access hurdles.
• Collaborates with cross functional team, internal and external stakeholders, highly collaborative with brand teams, pricing, patient support, compliance, legal, and finance, supply chain and medical functions.

Basic Qualifications
 

• MBA/ master’s degree with 8-10 yrs of experience in Pharma Company and with preferably about 2-4 years in a marketing/ Market Access & Policy shaping role
• Exposure to build and implement strategies, innovative partnership, access models.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and to partner with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and communication draft for policy makers
• Ability to work independently; self-starter to drive value creation.
