Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Monitoring network usage, activity and trends for potential leakage and fraud patterns through the help of using the RAID platform.
  • Assurance checks performed using RAID application to ensure there is integrity across all platforms. This involves completeness checks to ensure we maintain a one to one relationship for each customer across the various platforms.
  • Ownership of key margin assurance and fraud detection controls, taking responsibility for driving the resolution of issues identified by those controls.


Key Job description:
  • Supporting the Margin Assurance Manager in performing risk analysis, investigating unusual trends in revenue or cost reporting and conducting product or service post implementation reviews.
  • Establishing effective partnerships with other business areas to resolve issues and champion the need for margin assurance and risk management.
  • Prepare Margin Assurance reports, risk assessments and provide health check results as required.


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
  • Experience in Data Analytics, Revenue Assurance, Risk Management, Billing Quality Assurance or Internal Audit role.
  • Telecommunications experience preferred but not essential
  • SQL data querying and analysis ability
  • Experience using data visualisation tools, also any RAID knowledge will be beneficial
  • Ability to identify and resolve breakdowns or gaps in controls across all revenue and cost streams
  • Highly flexible and able to cope with changing demands.
  • Good communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables.
  • Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail
  • Personal drive to see tasks through to completion.
