Qualifications & Skills:


  • Process Manufacturing Engineering experience of 12+ Years.
  • Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering, preparing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing and process routing.
  • Experience in working on DELMIA 16x and above, for Bill of Materials, Routings, Work instructions
  • Familiar with ENOVIA & CATIA V5/V6.
  • Process FMEA, QRQC.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Interface with key stakeholders from CDS / TDS sites. 
  • Understand the Sites’ WoW (Way Of Working), Methodologies and Processes.
  • Review all Technical Specifications & STDs document.
  • Create / manage PLM templates and 3PL / Part library within PLM.
  • Creation of Manufacturing BOM on 3D Experience tool ( In Delmia environment).  
  • Map product manufacturing process on 3D Experience tool ( In Delmia environment).
  • Creating routing and work instructions on 3D Experience tool ( In Delmia environment).
  • Knowledge on Time analysis (MTM, MEK, UAS) and Technical drawings.
  • Restructure / Re-create Mfg. drawings with all required details and update title blocks as required.
  • Ensure the final output ( 3D CAD, 2D Dwgs, Engineering Data and Documents) are as per specifications.

Be responsible for Product Structure in 3DX


  • Generate / Validate 2D and 3D in compliance with QCD commitments, Métier rules and processes.
  • Verify consistency of digital mock-up vs. legacy.
  • Engineering Documents and Deliverables attached in the Product Structure.
  • Product Baseline and configuration.
  • Deliver weekly progress report to CDS / TDS and secure E-BOM validation at the end of reconstruction.
