Purpose of Role: As the Manufacturing Accountant, you are responsible for managing and analyzing the cost structures of an organization. This role involves preparing budget reports, monitoring expenditures, and evaluating financial performance to support strategic decision-making


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and manage cost accounting reports and budgets.


  • Analyze cost structures and financial performance.


  • Monitor and report on cost variances and financial discrepancies.


  • Coordinate with various departments to collect financial data.


  • Assist in developing and implementing cost control measures.


  • Provide detailed financial analysis to management for decision-making.


  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.


  • 4-5 years of cost accounting or financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.


  • Proficiency in financial software SAP-FICO and Microsoft Excel.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.



Compensation: INR 7.5lakhs to 8.5 Lakhs per Annum
