Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 7 + years of experience in relevant skill.
Proficient understanding of Salesforce administration and customization, Salesforce sales cloud and service cloud.
Knowledge of Apex, LWC, aura, Visualforce, integration, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Should be able to work in Agile Methodology.
Certification Require: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator (Mandatory)
Job Responsibilities
Should have knowledge of Tools, help automate and streamline the process , making it more efficient and less prone to errors.
CICD pipeline understanding.
Sandbox Refresh along with pre and post activities, Alignment on Salesforce release, Certificate management.
Perform the release workflows and detailed steps to ensure on-time and effective delivery of high quality release
Communicate and plan for high risk or mid week deployments including ensuring support team is ready to handle any issues.
Define Release readiness criteria and ensure all changes meet criteria prior to deployment
Experience in end-to-end process of deploying changes and configurations within Salesforce platform
Excellent troubleshooting skills with Salesforce deployment failures
Plan and schedule the rollout of new features/releases and communicate release progress/updates to stakeholders
Assume Ownership and continuous improvement of the Release process by documenting release issues and developing plan to improve process
Refresh planning of environments - Manage environments restoration processes to keep all environments healthy , in sync and populated with required data
Maintaining Certificates , Licenses of environments and communicate timely to stakeholders
Certification required Salesforce Certified Platform developer and Administrator
