Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and optimization of IT solutions within the AOM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Lead and participate in daily operational meetings and alignment sessions.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT solution management, business analysis, and Pega Marketing projects.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in database management and cloud operations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Pega Business Architect Certification and experience working on Pega Marketing projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing enablement systems and best practices.
• Familiarity with company’s IT infrastructure and operational processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with business knowledge and execution of CDH components such as A/B testing, simulation testing, performance reports, and monitoring.
