Co-ordinate with the OpCos represented to agree project plans, deliverables and scope
Act as overall local program manager for all key implementation programme deliverables including readiness assessment, Change Plan, Training Plan, IT Build, Test, Data Cleansing and migration, Deployment, etc.
Manage the dependencies of the implementation plan on other programs within the OpCo
Responsible for deliveries in standard delivery models viz, Waterfall, Agile, & DevOps
Prioritizing the use of team resources based on available capacity and business needs.
8 to 10 years’ experience in delivering ERP projects / programs in international environments
Proven track record as Project lead or ITDM/scrum master on at least 2+ full cycle SAP implementations covering all key aspects of IT (Application, Data, Test, Infrastructure, Deployment) in FIN/SCM domains
Preferred proficiency with project management tools viz. Microsoft Project Plan (MPP), Microsoft Excel & Power point, with the ability to create custom reports & high quality presentations for project governance and tracking
