Skill and Experience Required
- 6-8 years’ experience in IT /Software sector with minimum 3-5 years in quality assurance’s.
- Post-Graduation / Graduation
- Must have handled Internal and external Quality Management Certification or customer audits
- Certification ITILv4, ISO 20000-1, SAFe, Agile, PMP/Prince2
- Candidate should be well versed in conducting audits and SQA reviews for delivery processes.
Essential
- Agile and waterfall – methodologies
- DevOps knowledge
- Project Management
- Implementation experience of CMMI SVC
- Optional Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt
- Candidate should be well versed Software Engineering process. (SDLC)
- Practices and should have know how of Ticketing tools Like Remedy Service Now etc
Roles and Responsibilities QA Audits & Trainings
- Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence and compliance to defined and applicable IQMS & Business processes.
(CMMi, TMMI, Agile, DevOps, CI-CT-CD pipelines)
- Review service specific process tailoring requirements (identified by Service Delivery teams for their business context) (Handing exception trackers, kind of deviation)
- Conduct process Trainings for Delivery Teams
(Conduct trainings on Methodologies, Agile, DevOps, etc)
Project Management
QA Reviews
- Ability to review delivery processes from performance perspective and identify Risks , Gaps and improvement opportunities (Project Risk Management)
- Ability to analyze data of services (Incident/ Service request etc.) and determine trends. (Incident management, Tickets, SR, etc, as per SOPs, ITIL, ITSM, etc
- Process flow analysis to identify value added and non-value added activities and suggest improvements
- Work as partners with Delivery team and help them achieve Quality objectives
