Description and Requirements
- End to End ownership for driving Mobile phone manufacturing – Automated Test engineering process with EMS partner
- Experience with managing cross -functional team and working with internal and EMS partner to plan and execute NPI and mass production of mobile phone manufacturing.
- Capable to review test results and formulate template to retrieve performance affecting factors
- Well knowledge in manufacturing yield , Capacity calculation , CPK and GRR
- Test jigs and fixtures development and qualification with local suppliers
- Expert in Asset management , Budget planning and hands on experience in CAPEX & Opex
- Experienced in HW test debug , Trouble shooting , Failure analysis and investigation .
- Able to handle ECN / TCN, Test case release and debugging.
- Should be passionate team player , Proactive thinking , Risk assessment and handling.
Can be able to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plan.
