Handling Direct Tax for MNC group with USD 500 M external revenue with multiple legal entities in India .
Job Title : Manager Taxation
Band : 6
Requirement:
Candidate with 4/5 years experience in MNC in Direct taxation
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Good Communication skills
Well versed in Financial Systems – SAP etc
Detailed Job Description:
Managing Direct taxes – Corporate Income Tax compliance , Tax planning , Advance Tax computation
Managing the Annual Tax Audit and filling the Tax Return within Statutory Timelines
Managing TDS compliances returns
Indepth knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Ensure smooth transfer pricing clearance
Consistent business support with 100% Tax compliance, Guiding other departments on Tax implications
Forming Tax positions for the Company which are justifiable in audits and assessments, and obtain professional opinion (wherever required)
