What this job involves:


Identify and engage talent specific to the construction and real estate project sectors.


Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent


Lead efforts in employment branding, emphasizing our impact in construction and real estate.


Anticipate project-specific hiring needs and source candidates with the required expertise.


Conduct thorough recruitment activities including interviews and screenings, ensuring alignment with industry standards.


Foster a seamless and engaging recruitment journey for all candidates focusing on industry specific talent


Utilize metrics to generate reports and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Experience:


Proven experience as a talent acquisition recruiter talent supply chain, recruitment or executive search in Real Estate development/ Construction industry.


Proactive


Highly responsive, thrive under pressure, juggle priorities and manage tight deadlines confidently.


Tech savvy


Love for technology and comfortable with social media, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).


A good communicator


Well-organized and an effective communicator.


Comfortably interact and collaborate with stakeholders


Qualifications:


A degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience in talent acquisition within construction/real estate developers
