Job Description

What we are looking for:
The incumbent will be an key member partnering  with Regional Sales team supporting with the information it requires to advance product sales, and be the champion for new product innovations. The individual  will also be charged with developing engaging marketing programs that will reach the target audience for each product in different geographies and inspire an increase in sales revenue.
·Good understanding of the payments, fintech and Digital (SaaS, PaaS) background
·Understanding of platform play, technology solutions/product and sales
·Experience in developing comprehensive marketing plans for payments product
·Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product
·Lead the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches
·Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality in APAC & MEA.
·Executive presence with excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:


  • ·       Market intelligence—be the expert on our customers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • ·       Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • ·       Collaborate with product and business leasers to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target customer personas.
  • ·       Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
  • ·       Develop a marketing plan for the products including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • ·       Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
  • ·       Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • ·       Act as the primary thought leader for the products including speaking engagements and written works.
  • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.

The experience:


  • ·       Minimum 5-8  yrs of relevant experience
  • ·       Should be from a Payments background with knowledge on Payment Security, PG and Prepaid and FRM
  • ·       Experience in running marketing campaigns in APAC and MEA
  • ·       Individual Contributor role (self-driven and hands on)

  • ·       Experience building a go-to-market plan for the region with Wibmo products & services
  • ·       Managing existing Wibmo customers in the region & beyond.
  • ·       Collaborating with business and product leaders in running global marketing campaigns.
