Role Overview


Under the direction of the Product Manager, this role will encompass engineering and delivery of enterprise solutions for PDF, electronic signatures and core applications. This role is critical in shaping the infrastructure and solution delivery aimed at enhancing the overall experience of our services. This position requires an individual who can execute delivery of the product roadmap as well as resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess a global mindset and demonstrate an ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and business units. The role will be an integral part of a high-performing global team and requires an individual who excels in relationship and process management across various areas within a highly regulated pharmaceutical setting.

The role demands a technically proficient, resourceful, and self-motivated individual who possesses a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even under significant pressure. This person will also need to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to tackling complex technical challenges.


Beyond technical expertise, the individual must exhibit strong collaborative skills, as they will be working closely with various teams on projects related to Application Services, Deployment Services, Applications Owners, Desktop Engineering, and Information Security.

Primary job responsibilities include:


  • Engineer, manage, test and release Adobe desktop application for packaging and deployment.
  • Handle client packages, policy updates, performance, impact, and problem analysis with multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage the baseline configurations for Adobe Sign and DocuSign including new vendor new feature releases.
  • Follow technical guidance and executing implementations.
  • Partner with the Active Directory team to engineer and sustain the structural hierarchy.
  • Own third and fourth level support to identify root causes and develop strategic solutions for requests, change process requests (CPRs), and outages.
  • Drive vendor escalations for ticket resolution.
  • Execute global standards, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the product and ensuring adherence.
  • Engineer and manage the global desktop and applications environment, ensuring core application solutions are integrated smoothly into the Windows image.
  • Establish technical standards for applications, OS, browser security compliance, and hardening. Test and deploy group policies, baselines, and configurations in DEV and PROD environments.
  • Develop and maintain risk assessment standards for application analysis and vulnerability assessments. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, identifying root causes and strategic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain global privacy documentation
  • Collaborate with various teams on projects related to App Services, Deployment Services, Applications Owners, Desktop Engineering, and Information Security.
  • Work across IT and business areas to develop new processes for maintaining the computing environment.

What should you have:


  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in engineering and supporting Windows, Mac environments in large enterprises
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in managing core applications (Office, Adobe, Middleware) on the desktop, ensuring they are engineered with security compliance, governance adherence, and standards in large enterprises.
  • Extensive technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proficiency in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and System Development Lifecycle Management processes.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with various project stakeholders, including IT leadership, business customers, team members, and other IT colleagues.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated capacity for professional growth

Desired Skills:


  • Ability to take initiative and function with minimal supervision in a highly demanding environment.
  • Exceptional technical and analytical skills with the capacity to swiftly assimilate new technologies.
  • Proficiency in ITSM Framework, ITIL framework, or TOGAF framework (certification is desirable)
  • Work experience within the biopharma industry and/or other regulated environments.
  • Extensive technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of Group Policy configurations and Windows 7+ in regulated environments.
