About the Role: As a Manager, Solutions and Services team, you will be a people leader. You will oversee the post-sales technical strategy for our strategic customers and ensure that use cases are implemented smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do


  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of 20+ concurrent projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Drive performance metrics, including profitability, resource utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient resource allocation across multiple teams and projects.
  • Provide regular portfolio performance reports to executive leadership, including revenue forecasts, project status updates, and team performance metrics.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focusing on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align professional services with business goals.
  • Resolve escalations and challenges within projects to ensure customer and internal stakeholders' expectations are met.

What You'll Bring


  • Strong desire to tackle hard technical problems and proven ability in driving executive alignment in accounts that guides strategic data infrastructure decisions and establish partnerships through adoptions and growth.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent.
  • Strong PS management expertise with a track record of delivering successful Customer projects. Excellent financial acumen, with the ability to manage profitability, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
  • Ability to drive high standards in project governance, risk management, and compliance. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • 7+ years of experience in professional services with 3+ years in a management role, Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
