The GO-AI capacity planning team is looking for a curious, resourceful, and experienced Capacity Planning Manager to join our team of Product Managers, Program Managers and analysts. Our mission is to ensure our customers have the right support at the right time to confidently and effectively grow their business through Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
-Responsible for managing end to end service level/ utilization goals.
-Managing an international team of L3/L4 & L5 site workflow managers, analysts and real time analysts.
-Motivate & coach underperforming people to meet business objectives and provide right people support
-Work closely with Operations, demand planning, supply planning and other stakeholders to proactively identify issues and take appropriate actions to minimize impact.
-Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success
-Undertake process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network

- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
