Overview Europe Sector is the biggest region beyond North-Amercia business with UK being one the biggest countries. Europe sector is composed of 2 key businesses (Beverages and Snacks) from which the business is divided into Clusters (6 for Snacks, 5 for Beverages) – each cluster being a composition of different markets (40+ markets in Europe sector). At Europe Sector Business Intelligence CoE, we enable confident decision making and want to be the undisputed source for holistic data performance by building cutting edge capabilities embedded into all critical business forums. To achieve this, we’re using and developing continuously our Tableau BI platform (PPD - PepsiCo Performances Drivers) leading the IT development alongside of managing the reporting for European C-Suite and building stronger capabilities around Shoppers, Forecasting and Media Allocation activities. PepsiCo business performances are tracked across 30 countries and 4 macro-categories (Snacks, Beverages, Grains & Dairy). The Europe Business Intelligence is structured around 2 teams, working in close collaboration with joint objectives : Making ‘Business Impact’ Providing ‘BI Enablers’ Job Summary The person will be part of the ‘Business Impact’ Team and therefore part of the Europe Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and have a passion for shopper analytics. Main purpose of the role is to manage the growing shoppers analytics agenda including BAU Shopper analytics reporting across all business forums and manage any ad-hoc request for deeper shopper analytics from C-Suite leaders across Europe (Europe CEO, Categories SVP, Categories Finance Senior Director, FP&A Senior Director, Insights & Analytics VP). The role will also provide support to the European A&M media allocation process (PAM) Expect some strong data manipulation on excel, Tableau &/or PowerBI and heavy usage of Kantar/GFK/Ipsos Household Panel. Responsibilities Ensure critical shopper KPI’s are embedded across regular business forums using PPD, GCD and other tools to provide accurate diagnostics on PepsiCo, competitors and categories performances. Heavy focus on all QBRs, PepsiCo Europe CEO LT meetings, PepsiCo Europe TownHalls contribution, PEC/Cluster QGM reporting etc. Manage any frequent ad-hoc request and specific questions for further shopper analytics. Support the Growth Navigator project to embed a human centric approach to data analytics and PPD Manage Europanel (and other shopper data providers) to ensure our GCD tool is accurate, updated on-time and optimized to drive advanced shoppers analytics capabilities Provide inputs to manager on reporting optimizations required (tools, data gaps, processes) Support the BI Impact team expert on PAM, including updating the model, running different scenarios and interpreting the data to impact business decisions. Be the BI team expert on shopper capabilities, partnering across functions where needed to embed core learnings on shopper analytics across projects Qualifications Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred) 6+ years of experience with analytics and developing BI solutions Extensive experience with developing impactful shopper analytics is essential Experience running/supporting media modelling projects Excellent project management skills esp. with managing supporting teams Advanced Excel skills Expert on Household/Shopper panel (Kantar, GFK, IPSOS etc.) databases/metrics a must Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Great Collaborator / Team Spirit Language: English Fluent
