About the Role:
The ability to ideate solutions for client business objectives, develop requirements, and launch them effectively is a key factor to success in this role. The ideal person for this role should have a passion for technology and payments, a strong business solutioning and technical background, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to drive results while working independently within a complex environment. The position also calls for a proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams while building strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with product and sales team in building the right products and features capabilities for banks, merchants, fintechs
- Understand merchants/fintech/acquiring bank business objectives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for the merchant
- Mapping technical SPOCs from merchant end and owning the integration and deployment of products for the products.
- Act as voice of market: build future roadmap or product blueprint based on merchant feedback, market research and competitive benchmarking; work closely with product teams to define strategy, roadmap
- Responsible for formulating GTM strategy, growth & partnerships for payment products
- Conduct Client presentations, demos, workshops, product walkthroughs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ yrs of relevant experience
- Should be from a Payments background with extensive knowledge in Prepaid/ Issuance Business
- Good understanding of the payments, fintech and Digital (SaaS, PaaS) background
- Understanding of platform play, technology solutions/product sales
- Hands on experience in collaborating with cross functional teams such as product, engineering, marketing, sales and legal etc.
- Proficient in market research and competitive benchmarking
- Good in product thinking, data analysis, articulation, presentation customer facing skills
- Product innovation and market leadership - Define future product lines and enhancements to existing products.
- Experience in managing enterprise clients especially POCs from product and engineering
- Business savy, customer centric
- Experience building a go-to-market plan across India ,APAC & MEA region with Wibmo products & services
- Collaborating with business and product leaders in creating different solutions
- Opportunity to learn and witness end to end product and sales life cycle for multiple products across different geography.
