Job Description
Lead the team of experienced engineers and inspectors to ensure first time right quality of air circuit breaker
Production line FTY monitoring and driving improvments on defects observed in FTY of ACB in consulatation with various cross-functional teams
Reducing rejection - rework cost through various improvement projects and process automation
Driving inspection automation to have mistake proofing in inspection
Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
Site visit to understande issues in case of complaint and driving corrective actions based on the findings
Driving various excellence initiatives related to Quality control function
