The SAP Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, execution, and tracking of test activities across multiple projects and releases. This role ensures the quality and reliability of SAP implementations and upgrades by managing test processes and leading the test team.

The SAP Test Manager will:
- Lead and manage the test team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Identify and drive new test automation initiatives through meticulous test case planning.
- Coordinate the development, execution, and tracking of test activities across various projects and releases.
- Ensure that all test activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and business analysts to ensure testing aligns with project goals and requirements.
- Monitor and report on test progress, defect metrics, and overall quality metrics.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the test team.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
- Proven experience in test management and quality assurance.
- Expertise in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

QualificationsMust-Have
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test management, particularly within SAP environments.
- Certification in SAP Testing or Quality Management is highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of performance testing and tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Selenium, TOSCA, UFT, or Worksoft.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience in a multinational or global project environment.
