Role Overview
The SAP OTC (Over the Counter) eCommerce Associate Director will be responsible for leading and managing SAP Order-to-Cash processes within our eCommerce platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that enhance the customer journey and streamline business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP OTC, eCommerce platforms, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
What will you do in this role:
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OTC processes within the eCommerce landscape
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with eCommerce platforms.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations on SAP best practices to enhance order management, billing, invoicing, and customer service processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across SAP and eCommerce systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP OTC processes in a timely manner.
Mentor and train junior team members and stakeholders on SAP OTC functionalities and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, SAP advancements, and emerging eCommerce technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP OTC processes and system configurations.
What Should you have:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP OTC module with a focus on eCommerce.
Proven experience in leading SAP OTC implementations and integrations with eCommerce.
Strong understanding of end-to-end order management, billing, and invoicing processes.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
SAP certification in OTC or related modules is a plus.
