• Manage the Sales Operations Team within Capita Experience to keep Salesforce updated. Structuring the team effectively to support verticals and capabilities
Provide necessary reporting, forecasts and support to the Exco team
• Be the point of contact for sales performance and pipeline data
• Work with Sales teams to provide tender notifications to the appropriate businesses across Capita

Job Description:


  • Act as a business partner to the Sales team
  • Create and manage regular cadence meetings, data analysis, operational process, and sales support
  • Gather the necessary information and calculate the forecast outturn per month, quarter and year for the division
  • Support sales processes as well as driving implementation & adoption of new tools and processes to continuously drive productivity improvement across the CE Sales teams
  • Support specific initiatives as required, including Customer NPS survey, incentive alignment, Sales training programme, Sales capability assessments etc
  • Take ownership for the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of Sales performance data & reporting
  • Manage, build, and update key metrics for Sales via Salesforce Reports/Dashboards and Analytics
  • Provide guidance to the central Salesforce team to ensure the user experience is effective and fields are reportable in an effective and efficient way
  • Equip all stakeholders with insight led collateral, processes, tools and reporting to effectively engage with new and existing customers
  • Continue to streamline the process to provide more focused notices in the shortest period possible using AI and incorporate processes into Salesforce
