Your Career
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a results-driven Manager to join its Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will support the team in executing key deliverables and partner with C-level executives to drive strategic business decisions. This role requires a self-starter with a strong focus on driving business impact and operational efficiencies, while also serving as a process owner and subject matter expert. The Manager will play a pivotal role in mentoring, coaching, and growing the team, while providing a perfect balance of hands-on execution and leadership. This opportunity offers significant exposure and visibility across the business.
Your Impact
⦁ Conduct and supervise in-depth analyses of business performance across cross-functional teams (e.g., Strategy, IT, Finance, Operations) to generate actionable insights and support key strategic initiatives.
⦁ Manage cross-functional projects, partnering closely with strategy, IT, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
⦁ Identify process inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
⦁ Leverage data to provide insights and recommendations that guide decision-making at all levels.
⦁ Develop, measure, and maintain analytical excellence for the business, including creating and managing reporting frameworks for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
⦁ Produce and deliver high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track progress against objectives.
⦁ Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and skill development.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to drive results on complex, large-scale programs across multiple teams under tight deadlines.
⦁ Communicate analysis, insights, and recommendations effectively to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and the broader go-to-market organization, in a clear and impactful manner.
Your Experience
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
⦁ 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or business performance roles (e.g., consulting, business operations, finance) within top technology or consulting firms.
⦁ Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
⦁ Excellent project management skills, with the capability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
⦁ Expertise in data analysis and reporting/tools. Experience in or a willingness to learn SQL, Tableau, Excel, Google BigQuery, Salesforce (SFDC) a plus
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
⦁ Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executing plans methodically and effectively.
⦁ A proactive self-starter with a high-energy, company-first, positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⦁ Experience in cross-functional leadership, program management, and creating executive-level presentations.
⦁ Go-to-Market organizational understanding coupled with APAC and Global experience preferred, with an understanding of regional business dynamics and cross-border coordination.
⦁ Flexibility in working hours for collaboration with headquarters and global teams.
The Team
Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world.
You support the sales team by providing research, reports, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.
