Overview The person will be responsible to support profit pool capability in the buying group system, for Belgium and Netherlands. The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and will play a critical role in executing key transformations and process simplifications. Responsibilities • Extract shelf prices and other relevant data from third-party sources, such as Nielsen. Cleanse and transform data via Excel or Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency through mapping SKUs, correcting erroneous entries, and standardizing formats. Upload and integrate transformed data into the TM1 system, ensuring proper data flow and validation. Collaborate with local market teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs. Monitor data integrity and implement quality control checks throughout the data handling process. Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the data extraction, transformation or upload stages. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, transformations, and mappings Qualifications Bachelors Degree with 7 + years of Experience Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation. Experience with Power BI or Power Query for data manipulation and analysis is nice to have. Familiarity with IBM TM1 is nice to have. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
