Manager, SalesSummary of the Role

This critical role is responsible for promoting Outpayce offerings to airlines, including full-service carriers, hybrid, and low-cost carriers, across the Asia-Pacific region. Success is measured by expanding, retaining, and growing the contracted Outpayce services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payment space and the airline industry, proven sales and influencing skills, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a matrix team and coordinating company-wide resources as needed.


The successful candidate can be based out of the Outpayce office in Singapore, Bangkok, Bangalore, or Tokyo.

As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are excited to add an additional Sales Manager for Airlines to join our successful AsiaPac Sales team.


Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a pipeline of accounts, oversee the sales process, and communicate effectively internally and externally. Lead on strategic deals within the region.


  • Collaborate with existing airline clients to expand, retain, and grow Outpayce payment services.


  • Lead presentation to customers, include coordinating workshops, pricing propositions, and contracts.


  • Work with internal teams on RFP (Request for Proposal) renewals.


  • Identify and qualify business opportunities by establishing and developing relationships with top-level executives.


  • Participate in industry events, and roadshows.


  • Deliver sales presentations to senior management and demonstrate products.


  • Maintain market and competitor analysis.


About the Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of work experience in payments technology.


  • Good understanding of payments technology, the airline/travel industry, and the commercial sales cycle.


  • Proactive and able to work independently.


  • Effective networking and influencing skills.


  • Strong communication and presentation skills.


  • Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese along with English is a plus.
